Canvas Camping Chairs Can Save Your Legs!

Wow, we just got back from a week of camping in the woods, and I don’t think we would have made it without our Coleman camping chairs. The wife and I both have them and they are so great to use. Not only are they great to sit in, but carrying them in and out of the wood is a breeze. We used to have another brand of outdoor camping chairs, but these are the best we’ve had yet. Since these canvas camping chairs are light, even my kids can carry them and relieve old dad from being the pack mule!

The trip started off with our old canvas beach chairs, but one of them ripped right down the middle. Restraining myself from grabbing the duct tape and camping knife, two of my top three items on my camping checklist, I decided it was time to replace those ratty old folding camp chairs!  Seeing that we needed another set of REAL camping chairs, I went down to the local store to get a new set. The Coleman set in the store was the best looking version, so I popped a new set into the car for the trip back up the mountain. After using these for a few days, we made the trip back to the store to buy a set for our camping friends as well. They had seen us using ours, and wanted a set of their own.

Another thing that I love about the Coleman chairs is that you don’t have to worry about getting them wet.  Even though I sat in the middle of a stream with my chair, I simply pulled it out and leaned it against the tent for a while. The sun dried out the lightweight canvas quickly, and it was no worse for wear. The same chair also got a quick washing the next day from my wife when she saw a few fishguts on the seat from when I was cleaning them.  I’m sure she’ll start talking to me again soon!  LOL!

All in all, they’ve been a great buy and we love them so far. Coleman camping chairs rock!  Don’t forget to add camping chairs to your camping checklist!
